As a Duty Manager for Estée Lauder at Brussels Airport, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic sales associates. You’ll ensure our stores always look their best, our customers receive top-quality service, and our products perform well in sales.

Your responsibalities:

People Management

• Inspire and motivate your team to reach sales and quality targets

• Deliver thorough training on customer engagement, sales techniques, and product knowledge

• Regularly evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

Commercial Focus

• Drive sales growth and exceed targets by analyzing sales data and identifying market trends

• Promote a customer-first approach while ensuring profitability and exceptional service

Product Management

• Create visually stunning product displays that captivate customers and elevate the brand experience

• Handle product deliveries efficiently and ensure accurate inventory management

• Develop and execute eye-catching promotions and events to boost sales and brand visibility

Process Management

• Oversee inventory control and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy

• Implement pricing strategies and immediately correct any pricing errors or unknown codes

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and deliver a flawless customer experience

• Proven experience as a successful manager, ideally in retail or the beauty industry

• Excellent communication skills with a modern and engaging approach

• Highly organized, with exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

• Strong product knowledge, especially of MAC, Jo Malone, Le Labo, and Tom Ford

• Proactive, energetic, and able to inspire and lead a dynamic team
