2. FIRST INTERVIEW

A face-to-face interview with one of our recruiters is the next step. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to get a sense of who we are. It's the first building block toward a successful collaboration.

3. LEADER'S INTERVIEW

Meet your future manager and take a deeper dive into the role. Be prepared to share your experience and what you can bring to the team.

4. PREPARING FOR TAKEOFF

Congratulations on making it to step 4 of our hiring process at Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium! This phase is where we ensure that everything is set for a smooth transition into our dynamic airport environment. THE PROCESS:

1. Airport Badge Approval: We recognize the significance of obtaining an airport badge for our employees. Please note that there is a mandatory waiting period of six weeks before your badge is ready.

2. Document Verification: To streamline your onboarding, we require specific documents to be submitted. These include: I. Copy of your ID for identity verification. II. Document of good conduct and morals to meet airport security standards. III. Document from the mycareer website, verifying your work experience. IV. CV in the specified format (dd/mm/yyyy), using the mycareer document for guidance.
