Sales Specialist - Luxury Brands F/M (2)

Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium is looking for a dynamic salesperson to join our team. Our airport shops offer a unique shopping experience in Travel Essentials, Duty-Free & Fashion and Foodservice. With a hight-end range of luxury products and exceptional customer service we are looking for someone who can take the customer experience to the next level.

As a salesperson, you will work in a fast and ever-changing environment, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays, between 6am and 10 pm.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing a warm and welcoming customer service.

• Offering advice and expert recommendations.

• Operating the till and ensuring that the cash register is correct.

• Overall management of the shop (cleanliness, stock management, …) and ensuring an attractive orderly overview of all products.

• Assisting customers with self-check-out procedures.

We are looking for a flexible and motivated person who:

• Can work with a variable schedule.

• Feels comfortable dealing with international customers and diverse cultures.

• Is a strong teamplayer.

• Has good language skills, namely Dutch, French, English.

• Has a passion for sales and already has prior sales experience.

• Possesses at least a secondary degree or equivalent through experience.
