As a Sales Assistant at Estée Lauder at Brussels Airport, you will be responsible for advising and helping customers find the perfect products for their needs. You will ensure that our customers feel welcome and valued and that they leave the shop with a smile.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Customer service:
  • You advise customers on our products and help them find the perfect products for their needs.
  • You will create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

• Product knowledge:
  • You have extensive product knowledge of Estée Lauder, Mac and Jo Malone, especially in the fields of make-up, skincare and perfumes.
  • You are always up to date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.

• Make-up:
  • You can give customers a make-up treatment using Estée Lauder products.

We are looking for a passionate person who wants to be part of our team to inspire and excite customers with excellent customer service and extensive product knowledge.

• A completed education in the beauty industry or a similar field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent product knowledge of La Mer, Mac and Jo Malone, especially in the field of make-up, skincare and perfumes.
• Affinity with luxury products.
• Customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
• No 9 to 5 mentality - working variable hours, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge Dutch, French and English
